Gramatan Management has been Fairway Green's Managing Agent since 1991.
Gramatan was founded in 1989 when Bram Fierstein and Gary Gutekunst joined
forces to create a firm that would leverage their extensive knowledge of real
estate development, brokerage, management, finance, technology and construction.
Gramatan has worked with numerous co-ops, condominiums and homeowner
associations throughout the Bronx, Westchester and Rockland Counties.
From supervising a property's on-site staff and ensuring the safety of a building's
infrastructure to overseeing construction projects and tracking maintenance
requests, Gramatan has provided "hands-on" property management to more than
80 coops, condos, HOAs and rental buildings totaling 6,250 units.
